All time nibble - Savory Banana Chips

10:27 AM

Just like the saying "old habits die hard" is true; similarly its also true that old favourites seldom change. Specially those you have nurtured from your childhood. I am sure all of you have your own chosen favourites. One such all time favourite nibble has been "banana chips", but strangely I never got down to making my own one. In fact it was never made at my home as well. Guess what you cook is also part of this habit- you make what you have been used to making or what your mom made. Thankfully with our blogs all of us are breaking from this comfort zones and attempting anew.
Since I was making it for first time, I saw the recipe from here, and it was good - crunchy & crispy. Read somewhere that banana chips can are also coated with chocolate in the sweet version. Has anyone of you made or eaten that? Will try that next time. Till then here's my entry to Healing foods-banana, started by Siri and to Bookmarked recipes-every tuesday.
